Dear Young Scientists!
We have great pleasure to invite you to our International Session of Young Scientific Staff on 19-20th May 2022 at Poznań University of Life Sciences (PULS), Poland.
The event continues a tradition of annualmeetings organized on behalf of the Section of Young Scientific Staff of the Polish Society of Food Technologists. Thisyear the conference is under the patronage of Prof. Krzysztof Szoszkiewicz, HE Rector of PULS.
The Sessionis divided into two sessions: Polishday on 19th May and English day on 20th May 2022. Thesedays, young researchers will meet to discuss current changes in food products in social, economic and innovation contexts. Plenary sessions will be led by distinguished guests from Poland and a broad, while high contentquality will be warranted by our Scientific Committee with Prof. Joanna Stadnik as a chair.
The scope of the Conference involvesi.a. technological modifications of foods, novel food development, traditional foods, changes in dietary behaviours, food security, food toxicology, food analysis, consumerdemands, food analyses, etc.
At the time of the Conference, Participants might broaden their competencies by attending free interesting courses, free publishing a chapter in special post-conference monography, involved in the prize competition. Moreover, we cordially invite you to attend our open-air grill Invitation Meeting (18th May afternoon) in the beautiful Dendrological Garden of PULS.
We hope that our Conference will be an excellent platform to exchange research expertise and to establish new international relations between the Young Scientists.
We inviteall Young Scientists to present the results of their research in the form of a lectureor a poster.
